Jewellery designer Husam el Odeh has absolutely nailed something that I am currently trying to master, and that is taking slightly mundane objects (i.e. the spoon!) or objects that look broken, cracked or even melting, and giving them a new dimension by making or casting them in precious metals and adding the embellishment of sparkly stones. This results in some dazzling pieces that are still simple and wearable at the same time. Genious. ...
